For solo consultants and founder-operators who are good at the work and have had paying clients
That is deliberate. One workshop runs each month, it covers one thing, and which thing depends on where the people on the list say they are stuck.
You pick a track when you join. Visibility, authority or systems. The month gets built around what the list asks for, and the list hears the specifics first.
Nothing to pay · Nothing to commit to · You pick a track and hear first
A project lands and everything else goes on hold. The posting, the outreach, the follow-ups, all of it, until the project ends and there is nothing waiting behind it. The specifics differ from one person to the next. For some it is that nobody knows they exist. For others it is that plenty of people know and still call somebody else. For others again it is that the whole thing only moves when they push it. Three different problems, one shared result.
The work is good and almost nobody sees it. You are not competing and losing, you are absent from the list entirely, which is a quieter problem and a more expensive one.
Someone with half your track record gets asked for by name. Being the best kept secret sounds flattering until you work out what it costs.
Stop for a fortnight and everything stops with you. There is no week that runs on its own, so a busy stretch always buys a quiet one behind it.
Each track answers a different question, and only one of them is your actual bottleneck right now. You tell us which when you join, and that is the whole ask at this stage.
The agenda for the next month has not been written. No dates, no running order, no price on this page, because none of it is settled. What gets built is decided by which track the list picks and what people say is in the way. Join to be counted in that, and to get the specifics before they go anywhere else.
You are not on the list they draw up. Not rejected, not compared, simply never in the room. This track is about getting in front of a group narrow enough that showing up in it actually registers.
People know you and still hire the other one. That is rarely a skill gap. It is that the other one is easier to trust from the outside, and trust from the outside is something you can build on purpose.
You know what works. You just cannot keep doing it once client work lands. This track is about a routine small enough that it survives your busiest fortnight, because the one that does not is the reason the quiet arrives.
Two things go on the list: who you are, and which of the three is in your way. When the next month is set, you get the topic, the dates, the format and the price together, with enough notice to clear the time. Nothing is charged and nothing is held.
Form not loading? Open it in a new tab.
Correct, and it is worth being straight about why. The month is built around what the list actually needs rather than what was convenient to write in advance. If the agenda were already fixed, asking you which track you are stuck on would be decoration. Picking your track is the part that decides what runs.
Nothing at all. No card, no obligation, no seat reserved in your name. It puts you in the group that gets told first, and you can ignore that message or leave the list entirely whenever you want.
By what the list picks. The track most people name gets built first, and the others follow in later months. Choosing a track is a signal, not a commitment, and you are welcome to sit out a month that is not yours.
Then you skip it and stay on the list. The three tracks rotate, so a month you sit out is a month you hear about early next time round. Nothing about your place on the list changes either way.
Scheduling happens once there are enough people to run it properly, and the list is told before it is announced anywhere. That is the entire point of the list. When the message comes, the topic, the dates, the format and the price all arrive together, far enough ahead to move things around.
So has almost everyone reading this. They stalled because the actual work got pushed to a week that never arrived. Nothing here gets pushed anywhere. The session ends with the thing settled, so showing up is the whole requirement. There is no second module sitting unwatched.
The thinking, largely, yes. What is not online is somebody applying it to your market and your numbers while you sit there and watch. Studying someone else solve their own business is precisely why the free version rarely turns into anything you can use.
No. None of the three tracks require you to appear on video. You can add that route later if it appeals, and the majority never bother.
